By using FreelanceOS, you agree to these terms. FreelanceOS is provided by Maple House Films Ltd, registered in England and Wales. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Your content. You own everything you create in FreelanceOS. Tasks, documents, invoices, and all other content. We claim no rights to it.
HMRC submissions. FreelanceOS is Making Tax Digital–compatible software that can submit information to HMRC on your behalf when you connect your account and approve a submission. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of everything submitted, and for your own tax affairs. FreelanceOS transmits what you approve; it does not check or guarantee your figures.
Not advice. FreelanceOS and Flo provide tools, summaries and estimates, not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. Tax estimates are indicative only; check with a professional where it matters.
Bank data. You reconcile by uploading statements you export yourself. Direct bank connections, when offered, will be read-only via an FCA-regulated provider under your authorisation.
Payment. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of your billing period.
Liability. FreelanceOS is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for lost data, missed deadlines, or decisions made based on Flo's suggestions or app estimates. Maintain your own backups.
Changes & termination. We may update these terms or the service; continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using the app at any time.
