Meet Flo
Flo learns your clients, your numbers and your rhythm. It connects the dots while you get your time back.
Just say the word
“Invoice Solace for £1,000.”
“Who's my best paying client?”
“How do I win more work?”
The law is changing
It's no longer optional. From April 2026, sole traders earning over £50,000 must keep digital records and report to HMRC every quarter. From April 2027, that drops to £30,000. The threshold keeps falling, and a spreadsheet won't be enough. You'll need software built for it.
Making Tax Digital
Your records kept the way HMRC wants them, all year. Built for quarterly updates and the final declaration, so you're ready well before the deadline.
Reconciliation
Upload your bank statement and every transaction reconciles in a single tick — money in matched to invoices, money out filed under its HMRC category. Your data stays yours, always.
Tax as you go
Flo keeps a running estimate of your tax as the year moves. You always know where you stand, long before January.
Everything in FreelanceOS flows through Projects. A project can be a client you're working with, a campaign you're running, or a goal of your own. Your tasks, documents, invoices and clients all live inside it, in one living workspace, and it's how Flo understands what you need.
Tasks
Natural language input. Time-aware scheduling. Tasks live inside projects, so nothing floats untethered. Flo keeps the rhythm.
Documents
Proposals, notes, briefs. Tagged by project, always searchable. Everything that needs to leave your head and reach the world.
Invoices
Create invoices. Track income. See what's owed. Linked to the project they belong to. Your financial picture without the gymnastics.
Clients
Every client connects to their projects, their invoices, their history. Flo remembers the context so you don't have to.
